- Fluent in English both oral and written

- Willing to undergo 5 years service association (ikatan dinas)
- Maximum 27 years old (not celebrate 28th birthday yet, by February 1st, 2011)
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable University, preferably majoring in:
- Economics (Banking, Accounting and Development Studies)
- Law (Civil and Criminal)
- Computer Science/ Informatics Management/ Informatics Engineering
- Engineering (Civil, Architecture, Electrical, Industrial and Agriculture)
- Psychology
- Statistic
- Public Relation
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
- Not married yet and willing to not get married for 2 years
