Section Head - Mechanical Spare Parts Stores (Code: SH-MS) - Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Supervise the inventory level of spareparts to attain optimal stock availability
- Ensure and improve warehouse management; for example quality during storage and handling and reduce damaged or missing products.
- Ensure and improve stock administration; accuracy, transparency and timely availability of data.
- Ensure timely and accurate use of SAP; for example stock data, good issue, good receipt.
- Supervise your team and coordinate with relevant users and other party.
- Improve and sustain safety and housekeeping standards
- Initiate improvements to increase warehouse utilization and loading/unloading capacity.
- Improve and ensure compliance with SOP’s and reporting standards
- S1 with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 scale, majoring in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in spare part inventory management
- Posses good English (verbal and written) and computer literate especially Microsoft Office
- Posses analytical thinking, extensive communication and leadership skills

General Requirements
- Able-bodied, minimum height 160 cm, not color blind, and preferably no glasses / contact lenses

- Education minimum terahir D3 / Polytechnic majoring in Electrical (Strong Flow & Flow Weak) / Mechatronics / Instumentasi with a minimum GPA of 2.80
- Preferably have experience dealing with Siemens PLC / Telemechanique / Omron / System Integration PLC or PLC Programmer
