Management Development Program (MDP) - All Over Indonesia 

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in any major
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Maximum 27 years old by February 2012
• Proficient in English both oral and written
• Possess organizational experience
• Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess good sales skills and interested in marketing
• Willing to be placed in all over Bank Shariah Mandiri operational area
• Willing to get marry in Bank Syariah Mandiri MDP pupillage

Kepala Cabang - All Over Indonesia 

Requirements

• Maximum 45 years old
• Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in any major
• Have experience as Kepala Cabang in banking industry

Account Officer - All Over Indonesia 

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in Economic or Engineering
• Experienced in similar industry and same position minimum 3 years
• Able to assess prospective clients character, possess good analytical and communication skills
• Active in English
